The ISLT Training have marked its kick off. We've had a wonderfull day together, learning and creating strong teams, and gaining priceless experience on how to become the perfect team leader or member.
This is the first day out of four, where it will develop strong servant leaders in and through the sport. On this day, we worked on creating strong teams, we watched the handball game as part of the bonding process for the team, had fun on the playground, playing nicely developed games as an example of how the real teams work, and what are the phases that the teams are going through their existence.
